Talk To Tom provides AI-powered assistant services — chat, email, SMS, voice, and video tools — including free discovery sessions and paid subscription plans. You are interacting with artificial intelligence. AI output can be imperfect; verify important information before acting on it.
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Usage allowances (such as monthly outreach volumes) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or communications to people who have not consented to receive them, and to comply with applicable communication laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) for messages sent on your behalf.
The Talk To Tom platform, software, and branding are the property of Talk to Tom, Inc. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk to Tom, Inc. disclaims all warranties and limits its total liability to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
