We use your information to (1) provide the Talk To Tom service, including AI-generated chat, email, text messages, and voice calls you've consented to receive; (2) design and deliver the services you ask us to build; (3) process payments; and (4) improve our products. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI and communications providers acting on our behalf.
By checking the consent box you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Talk to Tom, Inc., including AI-generated communications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us by email. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, telephony, email, cloud hosting, and AI processing), and when required by law.
Data is stored on secured servers. We keep records of consent and transactions as required by law, and conversation history for as long as needed to serve you. You may request deletion at any time.
