Verify important information independently before relying on it, and do not treat AI output as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.
With your consent, we may contact you by phone, text, and email using AI-generated voices and messages. These communications will identify themselves as coming from Talk To Tom. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, say so on any call, or email us — opt-outs are honored promptly.
Your conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. We use conversation data to provide the service, maintain quality and safety, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details and your rights.

We design our AI to be honest about what it is, to respect opt-outs and Do-Not-Call rules, and to operate within applicable law including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM. If you believe an AI communication from us behaved improperly, report it to helpdesk@talktotom.ai and we will investigate.
